Update Your Profile Settings

Most of your account settings can be managed under ‘Profile’. To make changes to these settings, login to the Jeenie web app in your preferred browser. Navigate to the Profile & Billing section via the menu on the left. 

Update Your Email Address

Changing the email address associated with your account requires Jeenie Support assistance. You can email support@jeenie.com or submit a request for support. Please include the email associated with your Jeenie account.

Update Your Password

Update Your Profile

To update your profile, click on your name in the upper right corner.

Your profile information will appear. Click on the pen icon in the upper right corner to edit.

Your ‘Display Name’ is what interpreters and your guests will see on their screens while you’re connected. 

If your organization is using shared Jeenie logins, this is also where you can include the name of the team, department, location, etc.

Update Native Language

Native language is the primary language setting in the app for what interpreting support/languages you will be paired with. 

Your Jeenie account will default to ‘English’ as the native language, but you can update that to reflect the language that you are most comfortable speaking. 

Follow the directions above in Update Your Profile to change the Native Language.

Note: If you’re looking to update your overall platform language (so that all text displays in your preferred language when using the Jeenie mobile app or the Jeenie web browser), go to our article on updating your platform language.

Add or Update Your Profile Picture

Profile pictures are not a requirement for using Jeenie, but we encourage users to add one.

Follow the directions above in Update Your Profile to access the Profile Update menu. Then click on the pen icon next to the white head in the grey circle.

Click on Upload Image to add a picture. Images must be under 2 MB in JPEG or PNG formats

Select your image from your device and zoom in and out as needed to crop your image. Click Save.

You will be taken back to the edit profile page. Make sure you click Save to save all changes.
