Change the default language setting

Jeenie offers 10 language options for its default language settings. You can change your default language settings with Jeenie so that all of the prompts are displayed in your native language.

📌 Note: This does not change the "native" language the system shows as your default language for placing calls. 

Available Languages:

Mobile App: Change default language settings

1. While logged in, tap the menu button in the top left

   
   
   

2. Tap ‘Settings’

   
   
   

3. Tap ‘Language’

   
   
   

4. Tap the native language that you speak and then tap ‘Save’

   

Web App: Change your language settings

1. Login to the Jeenie web app at app.jeenie.com

   
   
   

2. Click the three bars in the top left corner to open the menu

   
   
   

3. Choose Platform Language

   

4. Open the drop down menu and select your native language (the language that you speak)
