Remove a Participant from an Interpreting Session

During a Jeenie call you can add multiple participants as needed. 
There may be times when you wish to remove one or more participants BUT keep the session going with your interpreter. This is easy to do in the Jeenie interface.

Mobile App: Remove Participant

  1. Tap the 👥 icon on the bottom right corner to remove participant(s) from the Jeenie session as a guest

  2. Then click the three dots next to their name and press‘Remove’

To end your Jeenie call completely:

  • Tap the red hang-up button at the bottom
  • Then, press ‘YES’ when you are asked if you are sure that you want to end the call.

Web Browser: Remove Participant

Need to remove participant(s) in the call:

  1.  Click the 👥 icon at the bottom to select individuals to take off of the Jeenie session as a guest.AddParticipantWebVideo3.png

  2. Then click the name of the individual and press‘Remove’

To end your Jeenie call completely:

Simply tap the red hangup button at the bottom of the screen
Then, press ‘YES’ when you are asked if you are sure that you want to end the call.
