Open the Jeenie mobile app and login with your email and password

Tap the menu button in the top left

Tap ‘Scheduled’ in the menu

Tap ‘Join’ at the time of your scheduled session to begin your Jeenie interpreting call

Conduct your session whenever you are ready to get started
📌 TIP: If your participant is not in-person with you, check out these instructions on how to invite them to join your Jeenie session remotely as a guest.

When you’re ready to end the call, press the red button in the center and click ’Confirm’

Open app.jeenie.com on your browser and login with your username and password

Go to the ‘Scheduled’ tab in the menu

Click ‘Join Call’ at the time of your scheduled session

Click ‘Join Call’ in the waiting room to begin your interpreting session

Remain in the session until your interpreter joins (if they aren’t already there when you enter)

Conduct your session whenever you are ready to get started
