How to Join a Scheduled Jeenie Call

Please note this is only for calls scheduled to take place on the Jeenie app. If your call is scheduled to be on another platform (Zoom, MS Teams, etc) you will need to join via that platform.

Mobile App: How to join your scheduled session

  1. Open the Jeenie mobile app and login with your email and password

  2. Tap the menu button in the top left

  3. Tap ‘Scheduled’ in the menu

  4. Tap ‘Join’ at the time of your scheduled session to begin your Jeenie interpreting call

  5. Conduct your session whenever you are ready to get started

    📌 TIP: If your participant is not in-person with you, check out these instructions on how to invite them to join your Jeenie session remotely as a guest.

  6. When you’re ready to end the call, press the red button in the center and click ’Confirm’

Web App: How to join your scheduled session

  1. Open app.jeenie.com on your browser and login with your username and password

  2. Go to the ‘Scheduled’ tab in the menu

  3. Click ‘Join Call’ at the time of your scheduled session

  4. Click ‘Join Call’ in the waiting room to begin your interpreting session

  5. Remain in the session until your interpreter joins (if they aren’t already there when you enter)

  6. Conduct your session whenever you are ready to get started
