Jeenie can be used on a Microsoft Surface 2:1 device.
However, you will actually be using the Jeenie web app on your mobile web browser, instead of using the Jeenie mobile app.
Since the Microsoft Surface doesn’t have access to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, simply login at app.jeenie.com on your mobile web browser in order to utilize Jeenie’s interpreting services.
Note: MS Edge is not a supported browser for the Jeenie platform. Clients are welcome to use Edge but since it is not a supported browser, our support teams will NOT troubleshoot issues to make the Edge browser work with Jeenie on their devices or systems. For optimal performance, please use supported web browsers (supported browsers are: Chrome, Safari, and Firefox).
