User Asked for Payment Info on a Company Account

If a user on your account is receiving an alert that they cannot place a Jeenie call until payment information is added to the account:

  • Verify Payment Method:
    Confirm that valid payment information is currently on file for your account

  • Update Payment:
    Update payment information if your current card on file is expired or has been replaced
