Pay-As-You-Go Accounts

Monthly usage reports are not available for Pay-As-You-Go accounts (Business or Consumer). However, account Admins can access usage data via the downloadable Call History CSV report. This is available via web browser from the "History" page.

Other Business Accounts 

The admin and the billing contacts listed on the account will receive an email from no-reply@jeenie.com outlining the organization’s minute usage for the previous month, via an attached usage report in PDF format.

If you are listed as the Admin or Billing contact but you did not receive a usage report, and you don’t see it in your spam folder, please submit a Jeenie Support request or email billing@jeenie.com

If your organization didn’t place any interpreting calls with Jeenie during a given month, you will not receive a usage report, or a receipt, for that month.

Monthly Usage Report Details

The Jeenie Usage Reports provide the following call information for the given month:

  • Date
  • Time
    • Note: All calls will show as EST in the Jeenie usage reports.
  • User
  • Call Type: Scheduled or On-Demand
  • Language Pair
  • Minutes
  • Per Minute Rate
  • Charge
  • Adjustments
    • The report will contain any necessary adjustments to the report that may have resulted from cancellation fees, changes in call length, or other credits. 

In addition, the report will list the following user information for any user who made calls during the given month:

  • User
    • This information will depend on the user strategy for the organization and names will be presented as they are set up in Jeenie. 
  • Email
  • Calls (Number of Calls)
  • Minutes (Total Minutes)

 

Usage insights: Call History & Downloadable History CSV

The account History page on web browser has key per call insights.
It can be filtered by user(s) and by date. Business account Admins can access account per call cost and usage in their downloadable History CSV report. (Cost information is only visible in the downloaded CSV.) 

Note: If a business account has tiered pricing, credits, refunds, etc, these may result in a discrepancy from the monthly usage reports.  For example: Tiered pricing account cost/call will be accurate AFTER company billing is completed for the previous month.
