TeleJeenie® is a highly customizable service that allows you to dial a phone number that connects you on audio calls with a live interpreter in under 60 seconds right on a landline, cell phone, or VoIP service without having to hang up from your caller.

Upon request, we can setup a dedicated TeleJeenie phone number for your team with our slimmed down prompt system designed for call centers to help reduce talk time. This phone number will be unique to your organization.

If you choose to proceed with adding a dedicated TeleJeenie # to your account, we will need to assign it to a specific admin or user ID on the account for reporting purposes. When calling this dedicated #, our system will bypass all prompts for an Account Code and Scenario Code. Staff will only need to enter the Language Code to connect with an interpreter who speaks the language of their caller.
