Setting Up Emails for Jeenie ID’s

The email associated with each admin ID and user ID is a unique identifier for our system.

This means that each ID MUST have a different email address.

 

If you will be setting up shared Jeenie IDs amongst your team(s), you can implement a structure that allows you to use variations of the same email address in order to have a unique address for each team’s Jeenie ID without needing to create new email addresses for each team to manage.

 

📌 If you have the email address “info@acme.com” you can create many “unique” emails to connect to your Jeenie ID simply by adding “+” and the identifier just before the “@” symbol in that email address.

 

For Example:

  • Prenatal Team, Location 1: Brooklyn - info**+obgynbrooklyn**@acme.com

  • Prenatal Team, Location 2: Manhattan - info**+obgynmanhattan**@acme.com

  • Dental Team - info**+dental**@acme.com

  • Legal Team - info**+legal**@acme.com

  • Counseling Team - info**+behavioralhealth**@acme.com

  • Mobile Response Team - info**+MR@acme.**com
