While you’re logged into your Jeenie account:

Tap the "hamburger" menu button on the top left and then settings.

Tap the button that says ‘Support’ and let Jeenie know about the issue you're experiencing.
Web App
While logged into your Jeenie account:

Click the settings button in the left hand menu.

Click ‘Support’

Choose the option that best fits your issue. Enter additional details to explain what you are experiencing. Press ‘Submit.’
