Remove Admins & Users From an Organization’s Account

Removing admins & users when they no longer need access

  1. Login to your account with your admin ID and password at app.jeenie.com

  2. Click ‘Manage Users’ on the left side menu

  3. Click the red trash can under the ‘Actions’ column

  4. Click ’Remove User’ in the pop up window to confirm that you want to delete the ID

🔎 You can still access historical usage reports for any user IDs you remove.

 

📌 TIP: If Jeenie Admins need to manage users from a mobile device, they can go to app.jeenie.com via mobile web browser. From there, Admins can access the user management features.
