Remove Admins & Users From an Organization’s Account

Removing admins & users when they no longer need access

1. Login to your account with your admin ID and password at app.jeenie.com

   

2. Click ‘Users’ or 'Users and Groups' on the left side menu

   
   
   

3. Click the three dots under the ‘Actions’ column and then hit the red trash can that says 'Delete User'

   
   
   

4. Click ’Remove User’ in the pop up window to confirm that you want to delete the ID

   

🔎 You can still access historical usage reports for any user IDs you remove.
