Rating Jeenie Call Quality

In This Article

Immediately following your Jeenie call, you can provide a rating for the interpreter as well as the connection quality. These ratings are crucial in helping Jeenie track the quality of our interpreters as well as our application.

Rating a Call

Immediately after your call ends, a screen will appear asking you to rate your call.

On the screen, you’ll rate the interpreter and connection quality by selecting up to 5 stars - 1 star being the lowest rating and 5 stars being the highest rating you can provide.

You will also have an opportunity to share any additional comments you may have. On the screen the following questions will appear:

  • How did I do?
    • Beside this question will be a photo and the name of the interpreter you connected with.
  • How was the connection quality?
  • Anything else we should know?
    • This is an open text box where you can share a personal note with more feedback.

After you’ve selected the number of stars, additional questions and related key words will pop-up that you can select to give more information on your ratings.

Once you’ve completed your rating, click ‘Submit’. Depending on your response, a Jeenie Support team member may follow-up with you.

Rating a Historical Call

If you don’t have time to complete your rating immediately following your Jeenie call, you have up to 30 days after to provide a rating.

To rate a historical call:

  1. Go to the History tab in Jeenie.
  2. Find the related call you’d like to leave a rating for.
    • TIP: Calls that still need a rating will have an orange triangular “Alert” icon.

  1. Click on the call and you’ll be brought to a more detailed screen, where you’ll see an orange button that will allow you to ‘Add Ratings’.
  2. Clicking the orange ‘Add Ratings’ button will bring up the same screen you’d see if you immediately rated your call.
