      Make an On Demand Test Call

      📌 TIP: Use this link to access our complementary tool to confirm that your microphone, camera, and connectivity are all working properly

      We recommend that you make a quick 30-second test call to familiarize yourself with the Jeenie platform so that you can feel confident during your first time using Jeenie with your client, patient, student, etc.


      Make a Test Call

      1. Open the Jeenie app on your mobile device or go to app.Jeenie.com on your browser window and log in

      2. Choose the language you need help with, then select Video Call or Audio Call

      3. When the interpreter connects, just let them know that you are a new customer making a testcall
