Who Can Have a Translation Account?

Access to our Translation Portal is available for all account types except Connect Plans*.

Initial Translation Portal creation requests, as well as adding new users, can only be done by a current Jeenie Account Owner/Admin. 

Once the portal is created, additional users can be added. Additional users, including Project Managers and Requesters, do not need to have a log-in on the Jeenie interpreting account to be added to the Translation Portal. There is no limit to the number of users you can add. 

If you are unsure whether you are the designated Account Owner, or if you need to be added to your organization's existing Jeenie account, please contact your internal administrator first.

How to Request a New Translation Account

If your organization is new to Jeenie Translation, or if you are the designated Account Owner, getting set up is easy! Just sign up and fill out our simple registration form to begin the account creation process: https://jeenie.com/translation-portal

Please use the same email address that you currently use for your main Jeenie login when filling out the registration form. This helps us quickly verify your status and keeps your account unified.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and set up your portal. You can expect your account to be activated and ready to go within 2 to 3 business days.

 

Important Notes on Your Welcome Communications

You will receive two important communications during the account setup process:

Communication A: The Jeenie Resources Email (From the Jeenie Support Team)

Right after we begin creating your account, our support team will send you a personalized email. This email is all about giving you a head start and will include:

  • Links to key FAQs and support articles.

  • Information on setting up your Style Guide, your secret weapon for consistent, on-brand translations!

Communication B: Your Login Credentials (From Our Technology Partner)

Your translation portal is custom-built and branded by Jeenie, but the reliable technology that powers the backend is provided by our trusted partner, Smartling.

Because of this, your official login details (including your temporary password) will come directly from a Smartling address (not a Jeenie one).

Please keep an eye out for this automated email, it's your official key to the Jeenie Translation Portal!
