Issues adding new users to organization account

Here are a few easy ways to troubleshoot adding NEW users to an organization's account. 

  1. If your new user has not received their Jeenie invite email, and it’s not in their spam folder:
    You can resend the invite from the admin dashboard.

    • Go to the ‘Manage Users’ page at app.jeenie.com

    • Click ‘Invited’

    • Then, click the red circular arrow under the ‘Actions’ column to resend an invite.

  2. If you have reached the limit of available user seats:
    You can increase the # of seats on your account at any time by emailing support@jeenie.com.

  3. If you get an alert that says “User could not be invited, user does not exist.”
    Please contact support@jeenie.com.
