Users can filter and download their call history at any time by logging into Jeenie from a web browser. Why download your call history? Exported data can be imported into a spreadsheet tool like Excel or Google Sheets for deeper analytics by the client.
Exporting Call History:
At the top right hand of the screen is a download icon. Users can click that to initiate the download.
Filtering Call History
Admins can filter based on:
- Date: Pick your date range or leave it blank for ALL of your account history
- Users: Accounts with multiple users also have the option of filtering by user or users.
- Type of Call: Scheduled, On-demand, or TeleJeenie
- Platform: Jeenie, Zoom, gMeet, Microsoft Teams, Doxy, etc.
- Service: Like Healthcare or Legal (many accounts only have one type of service)
NOTE: If no filters are selected, the platform will download a CSV of all calls.
Once the appropriate filters have been selected, click the download icon then click ‘confirm’ on the pop-up. Note: If no filters are selected, the entire account call history will be exported.
The CSV will include additional call data beyond what is visible on the History screen in the platform.
Clients will see the following data fields in their resulting CSV file:
- Call ID
- Primary Language Code
- Primary Language Name
- Secondary Language Code
- Secondary Language Name
- Language Pair
- Langue Pair Name
- Call Type (on-demand or scheduled)
- Service Platform
- Scenario ID
- Scenario Name
- Date and Time
- Scheduled Begin Time
- Scheduled End Time
- Linguist ID
- Linguist First Name
- Customer ID
- Customer First Name
- Customer Last Name
- Customer Email
- Customer Rating of User
- Customer Rating of Connection
- Call Duration
Note: Custom Fields - Enterprise clients may have Custom Fields. Custom Field info is always exported for any calls that fit the filters selected.
