🔎 Not sure who your organization’s Jeenie Admin is?
Please contact support@jeenie.com for additional help.
If your organization has recently signed up with Jeenie and you need access to interpreters but you haven’t received login credentials and:
- You are a User but not the Account Admin:
Be sure you have approval from your Jeenie Admin use your organization’s account. The Admin can login to app.jeenie.com and add you as a new user on the company account by following these instructions.
- All other users:
Send an email to support@jeenie.com. We can make sure you get your documentation and login credentials.
