Introducing Jeenie’s New Feature: Language Identification

To help you always know what language is needed for new patients and clients.

This feature will help you effortlessly recognize languages whenever you have a new client or patient with AI-assisted Language ID. The client will speak in their native language into your phone, and the tool will match you with their language so that you can get a Jeenie within a few seconds. 

The AI-assisted tool will pull from the same pool of interpreters that you already use for your appointments. 

 

Here is how to use this tool in 5 simple steps with photos at the bottom:

1. Start:

Select "Language Identification"

2. Engage:

Click "Identify Language"

3. Speak:

Client speaks & the platform listens

4. Identify:

Platform analyzes & detects language

Connect:

Select "Get a Jeenie" & connect to interpreter
