We understand that when you're working in highly regulated fields like healthcare, finance, or government, documentation is everything. Requesting your certificate is a simple, two-step process:
Step 1: Close the Completed Job in the Portal
Before we can generate an official certificate, the translation Job in the translation portal must be marked as "Closed."

Why Close the Job? Closing the Job signals final approval in the system, confirming the translation is complete and ready for official certification.

"Completed" Status: When a job is first finished, it will show a "Completed" status in the column "Language & Progress".

To formally close the Job, click the "..." under "Action" and chose "Close".

"Closed" Status: Once you formally close the Job, the status will change to "Closed" and you can request your translation certification.

Step 2: Send an Email Request to Jeenie Support
Once the Job is Closed, simply email our support team with the request.

Email: Send your request to support@jeenie.com.

Include: The unique Job Name for the translated document and that the job has been closed.
Our team will verify the closed status and generate the official certificate.
What is included on the Certificate?
This certificate confirms that your translation services were completed by professional linguists under rigorous quality standards. The document will include all the key details required for official record-keeping, such as:

The unique Project and Job names

The original (Source) and translated (Target) languages

The translation service provided

The final date of completion

Relevant ISO certification identifiers
We aim to send the finalized certificate back to you within 1-2 business days of receiving your request.
