Business Accounts: Admins & Billing
- Business account users will only see billing info if they are an ADMIN of that account.
- Before users can place a call on their Jeenie mobile or web app, the Admin must enter payment details into the organizationβs Jeenie account.
Adding & Updating Payment Details in the Jeenie Mobile App
- Open the Jeenie app and login with your admin ID and password
- Tap the silhouette button in the upper right corner to show your profile.
- Tap 'Payments'.
- Tap 'Add Payment Method'.
- Choose a payment method:
- For a credit card, tap 'Add a Card'.
- For PayPal, tap 'Add PayPal'.
- Complete all fields and tap 'Save'.
π To update your payment details, please follow the same process but click 'Edit' in the 'Credit Card' field to add new payment information for your account.
Adding & Updating Payment Details in a Web Browser
- Go to app.jeenie.com in your web browser and log in with your admin ID and password
- Click on your name in the upper right corner
- Choose payment method
- For a credit card: Tap 'Add a Card'. Select 'Add Your Card' and enter your credit card details.
- For PayPal: tap 'Add PayPal'. Add your PayPal info.
- Click 'Save.'
π To update your payment details, please follow the same process but click 'Change Credit Card' to add new payment information for your account.
